So I’m totally amped for my new Green Media class. Cooking has become a serious outlet for me in the past 6 months and I’m hoping that gardening and slow/regional food becomes a part of my daily/weekly routine (sort of, formal-informal new years resolution).
For our first cooking project we were required to cook a breakfast item of our own choosing. Yes, I thought about a pie (my only real “specialty” in the culinary realm). But then I decided to get all “Julie & Julia” and follow a new recipe that I haven’t or wouldn’t think to cook.
